  • Delivery time for all orders worldwide is usually 7–14 days.
  • We aim to ship within 10 days, but during periods of high demand, delivery can sometimes take up to 14+ days.

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages
