- Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes for international shipments.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery time for all orders worldwide is usually 7–14 days.
- We aim to ship within 10 days, but during periods of high demand, delivery can sometimes take up to 14+ days.
3. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your package through the carrier’s website.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages
