At Travel Treasure Cove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, this Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
1. Returns Window
- You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition you received them.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products (if applicable).
- Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or negligence.
3. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).
4. Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
- You may place a new order for the item you want after returning the original.
5. Return Process
- Contact us at support@traveltreasurecove.com to request a return.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Ship the item back to the provided return address (customer is responsible for return shipping unless it’s our error).
6. Shipping Damage or Errors
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.
- We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
7. International Returns
- Customers outside Ireland are responsible for customs, duties, and return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
